PrivacyPolicy

Last Updated: October 11, 2026

BullTimes is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information.

Introduction

BullTimes Financial Intelligence ("BullTimes," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website https://BullTimes.com and use our services.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

1. Personal Information

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, including:

  • Your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. Sign-in is through Google only; BullTimes holds no password for you
  • What you enter in the planner, the tax-year workspace and your profile (listed in full under “What we store, exactly” below)
  • If you buy an Insurance Lab report: the order, amount and payment status. Card and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never reach us
  • Your email subscriptions and their preferences
  • Anything you post in the community, or send us through the contact form

2. Automatically Collected Information

When you access our services, we automatically collect certain information, including:

  • Device information (IP address, browser type, operating system)
  • Usage data (pages visited, time spent, click patterns)
  • Location data (general geographic location)
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies
  • Analytics and performance data

3. Financial Data

Only what you choose to enter, and only when you are signed in and press save. We do not connect to your bank, broker or demat account, and we do not import statements. Calculator inputs are not stored: they live in the page address in your browser.

What we store, exactly

The list below is every kind of record BullTimes keeps about a signed-in member. If it is not here, we do not store it.

  • Account: name, email, profile picture, role, when you joined and last signed in, and the IP addresses you registered and last signed in from (for abuse prevention)
  • Profile: anything you add in Settings, such as a bio, profession or interests
  • Planner: your financial profile (income, expenses, tax regime), goals and milestones, assets, liabilities and health-check results
  • My tax year: the income, deductions and tax-paid figures you save for each financial year
  • Saved calculations: the calculator page address and the name you gave it; the address holds the inputs
  • Calendar: reminders you add, and a private calendar-feed link if you create one. Feed and calendar events carry no amounts
  • Insurance Lab: a policy analysis, only if you save it
  • Learn: which lessons you marked complete
  • Community: your posts, comments and votes
  • Email: which lists you joined (weekly digest, monthly goal email, weekly reminders) and when

What we do not store

  • Calculator inputs or results, unless you save the calculation. Analytics events name the calculator and nothing else; page views are recorded without the address’s query string, which is where your figures are
  • “Was this useful?” votes are counted per page, with nothing about who voted. A “report a wrong figure” message keeps an email address only if you type one
  • Passwords, card numbers, bank or demat credentials, PAN or Aadhaar
  • Bank, broker or mutual-fund statements. No feature asks for one

Sent to an AI provider

When you ask the Insurance Lab to explain an analysis, the policy figures behind it are sent to the AI provider we use (DeepSeek or OpenAI) to write the explanation. Nothing that identifies you is sent with them.

Export and delete

Export: Settings → Your data downloads everything above as one JSON file, at any time. Delete:on the same tab, “Delete account” sends a confirmation link to your email; following it deletes your account and the records above, with two exceptions: a saved Insurance Lab analysis is kept without any link to you, and the newsletter list keeps your address marked unsubscribed so it is never mailed again. Each email has its own one-click unsubscribe link.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To provide, maintain, and improve our calculators, planner, Insurance Lab and community
  • Personalization: To show your own saved goals, profile and planner figures back to you
  • Communication: To send you updates, newsletters, and important service notifications

  • Business Transfers: In connection with mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
